Grenadine Homes is an estate a few minutes’ drive from Lagos and we were opportune to construct some of their buildings.
Their buildings include various designs such as duplexes, flats and terrace houses. We were involved in construction of a petit, which consists of a 4-bedroom duplex on three floors tastefully finished in a contemporary style. We also did series of block of flats on three floors with a penthouse level.

This is a 16-room guest inn located in Oniru Estate Lekki. It is designed on three floors with all rooms en suite and tastefully finished with such conveniences and comforts that keep the guests coming back for more.
This is a maintenance friendly building as all external walls are tiled in a colourful pattern and the external columns pitched with stones to give a natural feel to the building. The floors are tiled with marble finish, walls covered with high quality Spanish tiles and the compound paved with interlocking stones. There is a standard size swimming pool in the guesthouse.

This is one of our commercial projects. This quality construction was matched with speed as the approximately 32-room office building was completed in less than a year.
Also attached to the building is a staff canteen to cater to the food needs of staff while on duty.

This was a remodelling of an existing office /warehouse done for FoodCo, one of the leading supermarket chains in Ibadan.
The remodelling was carried out in record time so much so that it was difficult for the initial occupant to believe their old building could actually turn out to be the beauty it is today.
This is a supermarket with an open bakery on a ~800m2 area with a gaming area and eatery on the first floor. Other gallery images show their Monatan and Bodija outlet that were reconstructed at different points in time.

This is the construction of two buildings consisting of a total 328 bed spaces. The two buildings were constructed for CMF ANGELS GARDEN LTD, an estate development company that specializes in estate development and provision of hostels for universities and other institutions.
The design was carried out by our team of Architects on a design and build basis. We also undertake the facility managements of these hostel blocks.
The hostel blocks were commissioned by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ibadan amidst lots of commendation from the institution and students alike.

This is a 4-bedroom duplex located in a serene and peaceful estate in Akobo, Ibadan.
The building was constructed tastefully with all floors finished in marble, high quality hand-roofed with premium grade Gerrard Roofing sheets, high quality handrails with tile-facing to beautify the front facade.
The building was well sited to allow for ample space for parking and the compound was well paved using interlocking stones.

Our construction projects for the International School, Iloko Ilesa include a vocational workshop, Music School block, A-level hostel and renovation of existing hostel blocks among others.
All of these buildings are done to enhance and promote a conducive environment for learning for students of the Institution. The project pictures speak volumes on all facilities included in the buildings.

Hebron court is one of the fast selling housing estates in a developing area in Alafara in Ido Local Government of Ibadan. The Buildings we constructed in the estate include several detached 3-bedroom bungalows of different designs all en suite, with a guest toilet attached to the sitting room. The bungalows are compact and the kitchen fitted with modern counter-tops and cabinets.
4-bedroom duplexes are also fitted with modern kitchen accessories and cabinets while the bathrooms are fitted with standard and comfortable showers.
